In line with the latest Government guidelines, we have applied new health and safety measures to ensure the comfort, well-being and safety of our customers and staff.

Please rest assured that our team have carefully considered the latest official government advice and have undertaken a strict risk assessment, to prioritise the safety of all those on site. 


  • Stringent cleaning procedures are in place.

  • Anti-bacterial hand wash will be available on entry and throughout our locations.

  • We only accept contactless card payments.

  • Screens are in place at the retail till point

  • When queuing at till points and for bathrooms we ask that customers adhere to social distancing measures.

  • Masks or face coverings must be worn at all times in the shop and when walking around the cafe, but can be removed when seated at a table.

  • We have created more space between tables in line with government guidelines. 

  • All patrons sitting in the cafe are required to leave their details for track and trace. We ask you to either scan the QR code on entry or write down your details including your name, phone number and time of entry. Details will be kept for 21 days before being destroyed. 

  • We are operating a table service only in our cafe. 

  • Only members of the same household may sit down inside the cafe. 

  • Only 6 people from different households may sit outside the cafe. 


  • Our staff have been trained and will maintain strict health and safety protocol.

  • Our team will follow the highest standards of personal hygiene. For environmental reasons we endorse hand washing over disposable gloves where possible.

  • Following government guidelines, it is necessary for all staff to wear face masks across the business.
